I installed macOS Monterey now films freeze and courser hesitates

Hi all iv done the Monterey update but no film on all platforms (Netflix / prime & Disney + ) now freeze and the courser is hesitant what's going on and what can I do to stop it thanks

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Try booting in Safe Mode (press the shift key while powering up). If your problems go way, it may be do to third party software. Restart the computer to return to the normal operation of macOS.
