MacBook asked me to plug power adaptor even the battery is almost full

As subject, after I boot up or wake my MacBook Pro in the morning these few days, it asked me to plug in the power adaptor and said that the battery is low. However, when I plug in the power adaptor, the battery is appeared normal. What may be the cause? I can notice the activity monitor of energy as below:

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Thanks. It is still the same. When I boot up the MacBook Pro, I can still check that the battery is still at 80% level. But the screen suddenly become blank after a few seconds. I was told to plug in the power when I press and hold the power button after a few seconds.

However, the activity monitor looks normal this time after I plug in the power adaptor.

For your information, I have followed the steps for "Notebook computers with a nonremovable battery"
