Any USB-C port on a personal computer.

The USB-C charger from a recent iPhone, iPad or Macbook.

If you have an older Apple Watch, you can use that charger and power brick.

You can get a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

You can purchase any manufacturer’s USB-C charger from any retailer. A 20watt charger will enable Fast charging on the Series 7 Apple Watch, but any power raring from 5watts to 140watts will do the job. Anything greater than 20watts will go unused.

If you go on Apple Care and look at compatible chargers and leads for the device you just bought in good faith you will see 4 compatible chargers with the AW 7 and AW7 SE.

These are the 20w USB C charger which “fast” charges the AW7 but not the AW7 SE

AND 3 other still compatible USB A Chargers. 2 of 5w and a12w too

the old original triangular little 5w charger charges from 4% to over 80% in just 36 minutes.

If you have any of these THEY SHOULD WORK. APPLE SHOP SAY.

If not there is no reason not to phone Applevsales and point this out is there ?
