That printer is not in the list here: About AirPrint - Apple Support

Does that printer have wifi? If so, HP may have a dedicated app you can use for printing.

If the printer does not have wifi, you cannot print from your iPhone to it.

Hi,

Possible, but not without complication. Since the HP Deskjet 1512 All-in-One Printer appears to be a USB-only model, a connection to a Mac computer running Mac OS X 10.7 Lion or higher (acting as a print server) would be required. Appropriate printer drivers for Mac must be installed on the computer. Additionally, a special Mac app such as Printopia is needed. The Mac would then be connected to a Wi-Fi router (wirelessly, or by Ethernet to one of the LAN ports). This should allow an iPhone using the same Wi-Fi network to print to the Deskjet 1512 printer.
