Unable to duplicate video

When I click on “duplicate”, it loads half way and then a message pops up saying: “Cannot Duplicate Video. An error occurred while duplicating this video. Please try again later.”


I have tried turning off my phone, leaving it for 10 minutes then turning it back on.


I have switched over from “optimize iPhone storage” over to “download and keep original files”.


My iCloud has only 320 GB stored out of 2 TB available. (So I have plenty of storage.)


I’ve tried closing all my apps.


What can I do to be able to duplicate my video?

We would like to ask you a couple of questions in order to get a better understanding. First, what exact version of iOS are you currently using? We ask as the menus and options can change slightly between versions of iOS, and we want to make sure we provide the most accurate steps. You can locate this by going to Settings > General > About. Also, what is the total available physical storage of your device? You can locate this by going to Settings > iPhone Storage. Finally, what is the size of the video you are trying to duplicate and your internet and Wi-Fi strength?
