I got an email saying a charge on iTunes of $29.99 done 2-26-2022,I went to secure.apple.com placed order number -sight said not order number so what happens now?

How do I find out if actual charge then if is to cancel

  2. Cancel your subscription,
  3. Try to Request a refund.

If all you received was an email receipt, it is very probable that was a phishing attempt to get your account details. Check the account you have linked to your iTunes to see if there was an actual charge posted to your account. Do not click on any of the links in the email and do not provide any account info. See this about phishing emails. Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
