"Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" when sending an iTunes gift
Having an error trying to send a friend itunes gift
When i go through the process it keep getting the error and i have $84 in my itunes

Your balance can't be spent on gifts. If you have a different payment method on file, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
