Hide my email not forwarding

I’m not receiving forwarded emails when I use hide my email. I’ve checked my forwarding email address and it is correct. And have also checked junk. I use Outlook 365 and a corporate email address, might either of those be catching forwarded emails because they detect risk?

Hi DrPete123. We understand you're unable to receive forwarded emails sent through Hide My Email. We're happy to offer some guidance.


You can navigate to Settings > your name at the top > iCloud > Hide My Email, and make sure the address you have set up for the Hide My Email service is an active email account.
