Just bought the whole season one of „Dexter: New Blood“ here in Germany and there is ONLY german audio.
That can‘t be right…
Dexter always had the orginal audio!

That wouldn’t help you in any way for iTunes Store content. Only the region of your Apple ID account (billing address) matters for your access to a regional Store.
For this show, it seems that the english language version and the german language version are two different items to buy in Germany.
Contact the iTunes Store staff if you purchased the wrong version.

Tried a refund and followed your links (one with „Season 1“ and the other with „Staffel 1“) and strange thing… the „Season 1“ is now the one that shows “Bought“ and the other 24,99€.
