Is it a viable solution to use Carbon Copy Cloner on the mac side to make a backup of my windows/bootcamp partition on my mac formatted drobo. Then wipe-out the bootcamp partition with Bootcamp Assistant and remake the partition larger - then restore the windows files CCC made to the now larger bootcamp partition?

Back up your data that is located in your Boot Camp partition. Use Boot Camp Assistant to uninstall Windows and the Boot Camp partition. Then use Boot Camp Assistant to install Windows using the new partition size you want. Next, install your programs then restore your backed up data.

Carbon Copy Cloner will soon tell you that it cannot handle a Bootcamp partition.
