iPad Air 2020
I have iPhone 11 with sim and telephone number linked to and with different Apple ID.
now since yesterday my iPad notification in settings shows as show in pic attachment
why and what shall I do to resolve this to go away.

We see you are using two Apple IDs. Did you recently change which one was associated with the device or phone number?
Set up Messages on iPad with the steps here.
