Volume hash mismatch

I'm having issues within my 2019 MacBook Pro, installing Monterey OS updates. The system crashes and the error message "Volume Hash Mismatch detected on volume disk 1s2. MacOS should be reinstalled on this volume" appears. I have reinstalled the OS and I have erased and rebuilt the disk drive (with some help from apple), to no avail. This crash happens at least weekly. Anyone have this experience and/or a solution?
