Issue with Delayed Refund for a Lost Order
Hi, my order W1271119511 was lost by ups, and I requested a refund. However, it’s still not refunded and the deadline promised has been passed. Since this order was placed using the Apple Card monthly installment, and the bill is due in two days, I want someone to have it refunded ASAP. I just want you to remove the bill from my Apple Card so I don’t have to pay the bill that I am not responsible for.
According to the UPS record, the claim has been approved and issued. So, I'd really like someone to help me to process the refund. I chatted with and
called Apple and Apple Card several times but unfortunately nobody was able to actually help with that.
I just don't understand why I've been circled/transfered around while no one can help me resolve the problem.
