I recorded videos in slow motion by accident. I know how to convert it to normal speed…
But how do I also convert the file size to match the speed so I don’t lose storage to this accident?

You either need a sophisticated video editor app on a computer or, unconventionally, you could move the sliders to one end so it is all normal speed, turn on Screen Recorder in Control Center, then play it back on the phone.
