Connection issue

Suddenly 3 of my games said I need an internet connection or internet not strong enough but everything else works. I have rebooted router and even re downloaded game but no joy. What can I do please?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. Are you using any VPN or security software on your device? If so, remove those to ensure they aren’t causing any interference, then restart your iPad using the steps here:


Restart your iPad 


Test again after that. If the issue continues, test with another network to further isolate this.
