Speaker

My phone is able to play sound with any other app just fine. But when I go to call someone I am unable to be heard from the other end without using some kind of Bluetooth. And I am unable to put my phone on speaker. When I do try to it is greyed out. Just wondering if I do bring it in how much would the cost be to fix it?

Unable to hear caller except when on speaker My husbandI can’t hear anyone who calls him unless he puts the caller on speaker. Whoever calls can hear him but he can not hear the caller. The only way to use his phone is through putting it on speaker mode. I have completely shut down the phone and have reset the phone. He has an IPhone XR.

I’ve done all of that. The phone is up to date.
