I pad activation lock has appeared on my ipad.

My ipad has the message 'Activation Lock'. I attempt to enter my email and password, (which I've used to get this far) and it informs me my details are incorrect.

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the unit's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.

If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
