"Apple ID does not meet age limit" when changing tracking settings

I got it figured out now. I actually just got an iPhone 2 days ago and read that it isn’t available to turn in until your account is at least 3 days old

Actually not always the case. I am going through this problem right now and I’m 23 years old.. I checked the date to make sure I didn’t input the wrong year by accident, however I didn’t put it in wrong. I tried to contact support already and still haven’t heard back from them so definitely kinda irritated with that
