iPad Pro and Apple Care+ coverage...
Hello, I have a 2020 iPad Pro with a power button that lost its clickiness due to a case made by a company named SmarterThanMost (an American company that manufactures iPhone/iPad accessories, so it's a legit company). Am I entitled to a replacement device in this case? Or will I have to physically repair in an authorized dealer?
Note: The power button still works. It just lost its clickiness and now it's just wobbly and out of place.
