Why I don’t see any transit cards when I try to add with plus button on wallet ?
When I Tap on plus button on wallet nothing shows up but learn more link appears

Where are you located? Transit cards can only be used in select locations. This is from the Related Article above you post.
To ride transit using Apple Pay, you need:
- A compatible iPhone or Apple Watch. Check with your transit agency to see which models are supported.
- The latest version of iOS and watchOS.
- An Apple ID signed in to iCloud1.
- To be in a location where you can use Apple Pay to ride transit.
To add a new transit card, you need an eligible payment card in the Wallet app.
