Thank you for clarifying kaiiee,

Are you able to add pictures from the iPhone? If so, does that change show across your other devices? If you haven't done so yet, restart both your computer and iPhone and then check to see if the changes saved. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for changes to take effect across devices. Restarting can help refresh them and may resolve the issue.

Take care.

Hi there kaiiee,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you've moved some photos but are not seeing them as expected. We'll be happy to help in any way we can.

What is the process you're using? To transfer files from a computer to an iPhone, you can use features like iCloud Photos, or follow this guide: Transfer files between iPhone and your computer

If you're creating playlists with photos in Apple Music, follow this guide: Create playlists on iPhone

Best regards.

Hi, has there been any update on this issue? I had taken a lot of time to make custom folder art so I could better organize my playlists and favorite artists, so it’s been frustrating to not be able to see the art on my phone.

I’ve tried all of the recommended steps, I’ve also tried using .jpg instead of .ping, but nothing seems to work. Is it even supported on iOS? Has anyone gotten it to work?
