My disk is full but I store everything in the cloud. Half my storage is taken up by a greyed out file called other. How do I access this?

Follow these instructions to free up storage space: Free up storage space on your Mac - Apple Support

Storing files oiCloud does not free up storage on your computer. Store files on an external drive if you want to free up storage on your internal drive.
