I have an M1 Mac Mini 2020 I want to go out of Mini’s HDMI port and into the USBC port on my LG 4K 23.7 inch (24MD4KL) USBC/Thunderbolt port (purchases from Apple).
Is this possible? What cables or adapters do I need to do it?
+1 No, that Display needs to be plugged directly into one of the Mac Mini's Thunderbolt ports.
The M1 Mac Mini only supports one display from a Thunderbolt port and one display from the HDMI port.

Simple answer, NO.
The Thunderbolt interface on that LG display is totally incompatible with any HDMI source. There are no adapters, converters, or magic wands that will make it work.
