Hi I'm running a new Apple M1 Pro with Monterey. I'm having a problem with a PDF that displays correctly in my Firefox browser and on my iPhone but NOT in Preview most of the text is displaying as white. Attached is a screenshot.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, we are concerned this creates an accessibility issue for us.

Yes, please upgrade. You are three updates behind the latest. Apple has been fixing many bugs. Here's my M1 Mac mini update history and Apple fixed many problems over all these updates:

I can confirm that the original source PDF works fine for me on an M1 Mac mini with Monterey 12.2.1. Displays in Safari and Preview just fine. Your screenshot lists the file as "odd.pdf" which is not the original filename linked. Did you create a copy or print to a new PDF?
Well in that case, you should be reaching out to your own IT Department for any issues with that Mac as it is a managed Mac. Many standard features may be disabled, etc. There may be advanced security tools for data loss prevention, etc.
Hmmm, I just renamed it. The first page renders correctly but the rest of it does not, I just checked it again.
You are on the latest macOS Monterey version 12.2.1?
12.1, I can't upgrade beyond this due to administrative controls. Seems very finicky though if that's the case. I'll check on my home Mac Mini.
Works like a champ on my Big Sur v11.2.2 Mac mini (2018).
Thanks for validating and verifying. I just wanted to get this oddity on record. I'll update this issue when I am able update my work computer.
