My warranty coverage is expired. I don’t know what that means. My phone keeps freezing and not holding its charge well. I have to charge it every 10 minutes because it tells me it’s low battery when I know it’s not

That means that you will have to pay for any repairs. Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and review what is displayed. If there is a message saying your battery is not working at peak performance, or if the maximum capacity is below 80% you should have the battery replaced.
