I keep getting an error message when trying to install my software to use my silhouette. It states "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down. "
How do I get my software to install? any help would be amazing!

Though - the best I see as supported macOS is Mojave macOS 10.14

Have you checked with the software developer to make sure that it is fully compatible with your OS version?
Yes. My cousin has the same one and hers is set up. So there is no reason mine shouldn’t work too
