Lost package

I order the iphone 13 pro 512G, on Dec 26 , they said the UPS Delivered at night, and have the ID Verified, but the point is I stay home all day, no one come to my house , how can they ID verified, then I call UPS and Apple, the keep saying they cant do anything very sorry , they are irresponsible, REALLY?, I am customer, PAID the phone and didnt get anything and no refund??Like what is the difference between robbery and robbery??I called both unit right now , still No one can help............I am very disappointed with Apple, if someone Know, please tell me

That What I think before, but the UPS SAID"the shipper of your package has a restiction on the account, which doesn't allow recipients or third parties to begin the claim process APPLE include , contact the shipper who requested you submit your claim for further assistance...." so mean only apple can CLAIM........I know is UPS problem, but only apple can contact with them to Claim.......

You issue is with UPS, they delivered the package not apple.


If they verified the id check for proof, ask to see the signature,
