yosemite apple id and Update Help

Hey everyone,

i been trying to update my mac to mojave but is impossible.

First i cant log in on apps store, it says that my password is wrong when i can login on icloud normally on any browser, after that i try to download the .dmg from apple website but when i try to open the file the message image corrupt appears. i start reading and in yosemite sometimes you have to update first to el capitan and then to mojave but still the same problem if i cant login to the appstore to download el capitan. The next thing i try was turning of the two step verification, on yosemite its always on so i try to remove my trust number from icloud security but the mesagge your request could not be completed at this time dont let me, so im crazy on this loop.
