Updated Macbook Air to Monterey 12.2.1 and all my saved passwords disappeared. WTF?

Upgraded MacBook to Monterey 12.2.1--All my passwords disappeared.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13

Make Sure Keychain is Enabled:

As long as you've been using the same device, and all is setup in Keychain, then all is set. If they do not reside, then log out of iCloud, and then log back in.
