Why was apple pay disabled on my mac? (Russia, Macbook Air m1)

Hi there! Since today I've noticed that my security settings have been dramatically changed. Apple Pay is disabled. I cannot set up anything.

In fact, I didn't do anything, didn't change anything on terminal.

May this be related with sanctions imposed on Russia, so, there is no solution whatsoever?

Meanwhile, on my iPhone, Apple Pay works relatively fine.

Meanwhile, I have actually solved issue by re-enabling security autoupdates in the settings

Thank you

Some banks haven't been affected by sanctions, as they are not entirely state-owned, so, it, in fact, works.

It even supports national MIR payment system.
