FaceTime on iPad is stuck at a really low level, sliding volume up or down has no impact. I can barely hear the person I am calling. Using iPad OS 15.3.1, issue affected previous version too.

You also mentioned the issue was happening on third-party video calling apps. Are you noticing low volume when watching a video via Safari or a video streaming app? That would take the testing outside of a call, which is why we ask.

Does the issue persist if you connect to a different Wi-Fi network? We ask so that we can try to rule out interference or network issues.

Tried recommended steps, issue is still a problem.
Issue does not occur when watching video via safari or video streaming apps. Able to increase or reduce volume as normal.
Issue only seems to be present on video calls: FaceTime and Zoom.
