Green tint on screen when connecting to an external display

Hello

I’m having this issue from a long time ago, when I connect my MacBook Pro to an external display via HDMI and the los is closed I get an image with green tint, I researched further and It seems that a lot of people are having this issue, there’s a workaround when you change some accessibility options but at this point I’m expecting apple to come up with a definitive solution.
