If you are in a Family Sharing group with Purchase Sharing active, then your find shared purchases (iTunes Store movies and TV shows) in the Library of the TV app (or Movies app or TV Shows app).

Subscriptions like Apple TV+ do not require Purchase Sharing. Shared subscriptions like Apple TV+ can be used directly, you wouldn’t “find” them anywhere. Just start using Apple TV+ or other shared channels, and then you shouldn’t be prompted to subscribe.

Family Sharing does require that you sign in for iCloud services.
