I've just recently tried to connect a strymon pedal to my M1 Macbook but it seems the Roland UM-ONE mk2 USB MIDI interface Cable, isn't able to. I'm using Nixie in attempt to program my Strymon pedal.
Prior to this I could with my intel base MacBook though.
Wondering if there's anyone out there that can point me in the right direction?

I suggest you talk to all the third parties and see if they work with the M1 silicon, or Rosetta.
Apparently, after updating my M1 MacBook pro just a couple of weeks ago, I am able to connect just fine.

Apparently, while searching through some similar posts, it seems there are numerous reports of what I'm facing.
Bottom line I've found is that MIDI does not work (at least for now) with M1 silicon.
I have the same UM One. Still works with my Intel but not the m1. Are you saying you've seen nobody have any luck with any midi to USB adapters?
