Refund for a cancelled order on the official website

Hello. February 26 I ordered two phones from Apple's official website in Russia. I paid in full for both of iPhones by card (VISA).

On the first of March, one of the two iPhones was sent to me, but the second one was cancelled (automatically, as far as I know, because Apple refused to sell in Russia).

I have receipts for the payment of these two iPhones, but the official website says that I did not pay for the second phone.

Well, Is there any chance that I will get a refund for the phone that Apple canceled the order on?

That's more than 1000 dollars =(

It is strange that such a company did not fulfill the obligations assumed before the cessation of sales in Russia. Moreover, I paid for the order. And it's even weirder that I haven't got a refund yet.

It can take up to a month to process a refund. Yourcircumstances may require that you contact Apple directly. You can do so by clicking on Get Support at upper right corner of any forum page.
