My macbook showing startup error -2002F

Erased my mackbook pro and tried to install macos from recovery but its keep showing error -2002F on startup. Any solutions?

Any firewall set up in your Wi-Fi router, that is blocking the contact to Apple servers?

Trying to do a clean re-install of the OS and getting errors Hi, I have a 2019 Macbook Pro and I am trying to do a clean install, or re-install, of the operating system and basically reset the machine to factory settings. I began the process a couple week ago and am only now trying again. So I'm not sure what I did before, but it appears at this point there is no operating system at all installed. Starting up is a black screen with s big question mark. So with Command-R and startup I am getting the Utilities screen, with Reinstall of Mac OS as an option. However I am getting an error and it is unable to perform this function. No idea what this means or how to solve. "The installer information on the recovery server is damaged." See attached picture. Sierra is the OS presented here, but I would update to latest OS. Can anyone please provide suggestions thank you very much.

A -2002F error typically indicates that your Mac is not getting the proper DNS server entries assigned by your local network's router. Basically, your Mac cannot "find" the Apple servers to get the operating system to load onto it.

As Ingo2711 has already mentioned, this could be a configuration error on your router.
