I cant install an purchased app.

I have purchased Rebirth many years ago. I want to reinstall it on my new iPad. It is not available in my country anymore. What can I do? I really like this app. Thank you.

So... The apps that I buy are not mine forever. I miss the dvd era.

Also old (32-Bit) apps cannot run on a 64-Bit iPad.
