I don't know what those response files are but they refer to websites thst have no place on iphone.

A lot of the files in the deleted list are on your iCloud drive which cannot be accessed without your apple ID password.

If I were you I would wipe the phone, change iCloud password and start again.

As follows:

Backup, (only as a precaution, restore to factory, and set up the phone as new without restoring backup.

If you can first import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer, and copy important documents to iCloud Drive, you can then wipe the phone and start again as a new phone. ,

(1) How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

(3) Set up your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)

Then change your apple ID password.

(4) Change your Apple ID password – Apple Support (UK)

Then bring your photos and data back to the phone

You can do all that without a computer if you have iCloud photos turned on, or if you turn it on and wait for it to load all your photos. Choose the iCloud backup. Buy more iCloud storage.

I do fear you may be worrying about nothing but if you have no data and photos to lose you can plow right on and do the wipe etc as above. You would then be un-hackable provided you do not disclose your password or ket anyone handle the phone while unlocked.

If any data was taken then no you cannot get it back but the above process will stop any further leaks if there were any originally.
