Transfer a child to another family sharing group

Hello,

I’ve been trying to transfer a child to another family sharing group, but with no success.

I follow the steps listed in apple support dedicated page, but i am not receiving so called “family member transfer request notification” neither in my mail (@icloud) or my iphone.

Please help me to execute that important task.

(little backstory…)

Its all about that my wife require to be able to control the screen time for our child (i’ve tried to add my wife as group member give her parent/guardian role, but she was still unable to have control and i still receive the request for screen time). So we want to try the other option my wife to create new group (to have the role of organiser) and to transfer the child’s account to her group.
