Hello team, my brother bring mobile13 Pro Max for me from USA, when I open the box the cell was dead and spots on back side. I can’t believe that apple products are like this. Me also attaching pictures for u. Me live in Pakistan and my cell number

You are not addressing Apple here. But Apple does NOT accept international shipment. The phone will have to be physically returned to the US. If your brother is back in the US, you can ship the phone yourself at your cost to him. Apple will not help you get the phone back to the US.

You'll have to return the phone in person back to the US for service or warranty support. There is no solution available to you in Pakistan and this illustrates why one should always buy their iPhone or Apple Watch in the country they live and will use the phone.
Bottom Line: A phone purchased in the US only has warranty in the US.
