15.3.1 update - iPad

After 15.3.1 update on my 6th gen iPad emails are no longer displaying. Functions in the email app are greyed out. I cannot use emails facility at all. The update in iPhone 6s has not caused this issue. Has anyone experienced the same issue or can help?

Performing a forced-restart of your iPad may be beneficial - as doing so will often clear an isolated software issue:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
