Will The Lack of Bluetooth Connectivity w/Monterey Ever Be Fixed?

Here comes the same opening phrase I've read 100x before:

"After updating to Monterey I can no longer connect Bluetooth to my Macbook Pro."

Biggest mistake ever, it seems, was installing Monterey.

My bluetooth earphones have connected to my Macbook flawlessly for years. I need them to work with the public.

Ever since updating to Monterey nothing bluetooth will connect.

I've read countless posts with advice and suggestions. Which are all incredibly complex and don't work.

My bluetooth is on.

I turn on my headphones. They say, "Pairing" then don't.

I've deleted Bluetooth files.

I've turned Bluetooth off and on.

I've restarted.

I've read countless posts about how to fix it.

I've read just as many posts saying none of the suggestions work.

I've sworn (a lot.)

Does anyone have an easy answer that works?

It seems this problem's been around for many months with no repair.

Has anyone found a way to resolve lack of Bluetooth connectivity with Monterey?

I never thought I'd regret buying a Mac product. I do now, unfortunately.

Running Monterey 12.2.1 on a 13inch 2019 Macbook Pro.

Thanks for any successful advice you can give.
