How can I find and get rid of incomplete subscriptions. I’ve moved and need to change App Store regions but it’s stopping me because of “incomplete subscriptions”. Already cancelled Apple Music subscription.

How do I cancel subscription totally? I need to change my App Store region For some reason my App Store region has been changed after I updated my IPhone. Due to this I cannot use my Apple Music, and so I need to change the App Store region. However, I can not do it because even after I cancelled my Apple Music subscription, it is active till 17th of January. Which means I’ve paid for my subscription and cannot use or even fix the problem.

How can i cancel my subscriptions? I can't change my region cause of subscriptions. If i'd canceled apple music subscription then i could change my region. So please help me.

Wait until they expire, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
