How do I request a refund when I never requested the services. We never purchase music, etc. but I was changed on my credit card for several different dates? Do I go directly to the CC company and ask for a refund?
Billing question-I was charged several times on my credit card for services I never requested. We never purchase music etc from apple. I have searched my email for a receipt, I have pulled up my history and nothing pertaining to these charges come up. How to I go about requesting a refund? When I go to the refund request form there is nothing about being charged for services I didn't request. Is this an issue that I need to take up with the credit card company?
