Apple One Premier over billed
Paid for Apple One Premier monthly and was also billed for several individual services (such as Apple Arcade 'Yearly', iCloud+ 'monthly' and Apple TV+ 'monthly'), contracted Apple and they said that I would be refunded and that it was pending as a refund, but I was still billed on my credit card for each service and my online account does not indicate that a refund is pending. What is the best way to resolve this?
