Ibeats studio ear buds error

I use Beats studio ear buds that will connect with both my ipad and iphone. However on subsequent uses, i click the device in my bluetooth list and it gives me the error "Connection unsuccessful...make sure "Laura's ibeats" is turned on and in range. Even though the screen will display showing my charge life. I have to "forget the device" then reconnect each time.

To set yourself up for success when connecting your Beats Studio Buds, we recommend making sure the following steps have been taken:


  1. Ensure the Beats Studio Buds are not actively paired to any other device.
  2. Make sure your iPad and iPhone are both running the latest iPadOS/iOS version for them: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  3. Go through the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product - Apple Support, which directly addresses issues connecting your Beats to your device.
