My apple email said I exceeded email amount. I noticed I hadn’t received some emails I was expecting. I bought more storage. Should that increase my apple email space? I still haven’t gotten those expected emails

Hi,

First, make sure that this iCloud email address is associated with the iCloud account you made an upgrade on.

If that’s the case, make sure the upgrade worked (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud)

Then, check ‘Junk’, ‘Trash’ and ‘Archive’ folders in Mail app - emails are maybe there.

Finally, if it still doesn’t work, send an email from your iCloud email address to your iCloud email address to see if your receive it - just to make sure your iCloud email address is active.

> It works: something went wrong with the senders of your expected emails.

> It doesn’t work: Restart your iPhone and sign out / sign in back from your Apple ID on your iPhone if it still doesn’t work.

Hi,

Upgrading iCloud storage will increase your iCloud email address storage.

If you received emails while your email address was inactive because of insufficient iCloud storage, you could never receive them, as your email address was unable to receive emails during that time.

I advise you to wait few hours, though. You may receive them later.

Still don’t receive your expected emails?

> If you can, ask the senders to send them again.
