MagSafe IPhone 13 Pro Max Case Not showing animation

I purchased a clear MagSafe Case for my iPhone 13 pro max from Target and it will not show the MagSafe animation. My phone will show if for the MagSafe charger or the wallet but not the case. It also won’t show the MagSafe animation if the case is on and I use the MagSafe charger. I have the leather case that does but just not the clear???

Hey Violeteyes00,

We see the clear silicone MagSafe case does not show the connection animation, but your other MagSafe products do.

To get started, can you confirm the following?

Is the silent/ring switch set to silent? If so, toggle it to ring and then test the issue again.
Lock your iPhone and then put the case on, does it show then?
