Yes. One Drive uses an old kernel extension that is not going to be supported in the next update to macOS. Hopefully Microsoft's auto-update mechanism will update your copy of One Drive before the next update to macOS.

The current version is 22.022.0130.0002
You can download it from the Mac App Store or directly from Microsoft.
Microsoft says that they have an update available for download. It is for the new operating systems such as Monterey.
They do. I have an M1 MBA, and the new One Drive app seems to be working perfectly. I have been using it for several days.
