Can't turn off keyboard sounds when dealing on iPhone

Keyboard Clicks are for Keyboard keys and they should be silenced based on your settings. Try sending a text message and confirm that Keyboard Clicks are OFF.

Now, when you dial a phone number, then is it possible that you are hearing the number tones (DTMF Tones) and not the keyboard clicks? If you are hearing the dial number tones then this is normal. You shouldn’t be hearing Keyboard Clicks when dialing a phone number.

You stated that almost nothing works as expected. This means that most of the things do not work as expected on your iPhone. Can you provide examples of those things that do not work and perhaps we can try and help you out? Thanks.

C. Location Restrictions:

Note that some locations do not allow for keyboard taps to be disabled. This all has to do with an agreement with government and Apple. So, if manufacturer other than where it is located, you will always get the tap sounds.
